ישנם רגעים מכוננים בחיי אומה, בהם אמורים בניה ובנותיה לעצור הכל וליחד זמן כדי לחשוב על עתידם, על איזו דמות מדינה שואפים הם לראות ולהנחיל לדורות הבאים. היו לנו כמה חלונות אימה כאלה, של הזדמנויות לחקור את עצמנו ואת העומדים בראשנו, כדי לצעוד לעבר עתיד נכון ומתאים יותר לנו, כעם השואף לחיות בשלום ובצדק – אם זה בקרבנו ואם עם שכנינו.
In a nation's life, there are founding moments, where the people are supposed to stop everything and dedicate the time to contemplate about their future, and what kind of a state they wish to see and endow to the nest generations. We had such few horrific windows, opportunities to investigate ourselves and our leaders, in purpose of marching to a right and suitable future for us, as a nation which aspire to live peacefully and justifiably – both within us and with our neighbours.
לדאבוני, פספסנו אותם. לא טיפלנו במה שהיה צריך לטפל ולא השגנו את מה שעם שפוי והגון אמור לחיות לפיו. חלק מהעם בחר בחירות שגויות והתוצאות העגומות נפלו על כולנו. המחיר שאנו משלמים על כך הוא נורא מכל. כשרצח פוליטי אינו נענה במענה הולם, כפי שקרה כשאמיל גרינצוייג נרצח ורוצחו לא הושמד, זורע הדבר את הזרעים לרצח ראש ממשלה, כפי שארע כשרבין נרצח וגם כאן רוצחו עדיין חי. מפוליטיקה זה עובר לחיי היום-יום ואת העתיד העגום מי ישור? כשמתיחסים בסלחנות לנסיונות לרצח – אם זה כנופיות תג מחיר או פושעים בודדים והעונש המושת עליהם מגוחך ולא מרתיע – רק טפשים (אין כאן תמימות, זו טפשות פשוטה) יכולים לחשוב שהישיבה בכלא תשנה את דעותיהם ו/או את דרכיהם לחיות בשלום עם עצמם ולאהוב את זולתם.
Regretfully, we missed these unique occasions. We didn't deal with what should be dealt; therefore, we haven't achieved what a sane decent nation was supposed to live by. A part of the people chose wrongly, and the sad results fell on the heads of us all. The price we pay is the most awful. When a political assassination is not being respond appropriately, as occurred when Emil Grunzweig and his murderer was not destroyed, it plants the seeds that allow murdering a prime minister, as happened when Rabin was murdered. His murderer is alive too. From politics it moves to everyday life, and who know what the sad future holds? When attempting to murder is treated with forgivingness, no matter what it is – Tag Price gangs or isolate criminals – when their punishment is ridiculous and doesn't deter, only fools (there isn't any innocence here, it's a simple stupidity) can think that serving time in prison would change minds and/or ways of these to live peacefully with themselves and love the other.
איך אפשר לעכל שנאה כזו? אי אפשר ואסור לתת לה מקום בחיינו. מה ניתן לעשות? קודם כל, לא לפחד כלל. אני יודעת שקל להגיד ולא כל כך קל לבצע, אך צריך להתגבר ולהמשיך הלאה. אסור לעצור פה ולתת למישהו לשלול את מי שאנו. אני אומרת תמיד שחינוך מהיסוד זו השיטה הנכונה, אך מאחר וזה לוקח זמן – צריך לעשות מעשים כבר עכשו. בלי שום שהיות, עלינו לדרוש מהממשלה להקצות את המשאבים הנחוצים לטובת חינוך לסובלנות לכל, כולל השונה מאיתנו ולעודד את הנראות שלנו בכל התחומים, גם במערכת החינוך. לא היציאה מן הארון של אנשי ציבור חשובה כרגע (אם כי אינני ממעיטה בערכה), אלא הפעילות שלהם למען שוויון לכל. חבל שהדרך אינה קצרה והמשימות שלפנינו דורשות אורך רוח; אבל במקום לקונן על מה שאין, עדיף להתחיל לבנות את העתיד כבר מעכשו, ויפה שעה אחת קודם!
How can such a hatred been digested? It is not possible, and it shouldn't have a place in our life. What can be done? First, not to fear at all. I know it is easier said than done, but we must get over it and move on. We should not stop here and let somebody else deny what we are. I always say that education from the basis is the right method, but since it takes time – we need to start acting right now. Without wasting more time, we need to demand actions from the government to allocate the necessary resources in favour of educating for tolerance to all, including the other, while encouraging our visibility in all areas, the education system included. The coming out of public figures is not important at the moment (even if I don't belittle it), but their activities for equality for all. It is a shame that the way is not short and the tasks ahead of us demand patience; but instead of complaining about what is absent, it's better to start building the future right now. The sooner the better!
אתה מבין את מה שעוללת, אפסיהו, במהלך חייך הפוליטיים? אתה קולט במוחך האטום את הקשר בין מה שעשית בתקופת השנאה לפני רצח רבין, כשלא התנערת מהדברים שנאמרו נגדו במחנה שלך והרשית לבטא דברי שטנה באספות שערכת כדי להבחר לממשלה? אתה חושב ששכחנו שהיתה לך יד ברצח ראש ממשלתנו? הכי סבור אתה שאין בנו הזוכרים את מעלליך הנלוזים מאז? איש חסר כבוד שכמוך, לא שאנחנו חושבים שיכולת לבחור בדרך ישרה של הגינות וכבוד ולפעול למען איחוד העם במקום לפילוגו, הרי אין זה אופייך, אך מצֵרים עד מאוד על שמצאת לנכון לנקוט בפחדנות ובערלות לב רק כדי לשבת על הכסא שאינך ראוי לו. באמת שאיננו ראויים לאפס שכמותך שיעמוד בראש, כי אינך מנהיג, אתה נגרר אחר כל גחמה של מאן דהוא שאתה חושב שעשוי לסייע לך לשמור על כסאך. אין אנו מתכוונים לשכוח לך את הקרקס המכוער של הקמת הממשלה, במהלכו הרסת כל חלקה טובה בחיינו ודרסת ברגל גסה כל ערך אנושי הגון. היתה לך הזדמנות להצעיד אותנו קדימה, אך בחרת לפעול למען טובתך האישית ולהסיג אותנו אלפי דורות אחורה, אל החשכה והיאוש. מבטיחה לך, שלא תוזכר לטובה בדפי ההסטוריה. אתה ראש הממשלה הכי אנוכי והכי גרוע שהיה לנו פה.
Do you understand what you have done, Zeroyahu, during your political life? Do you get in your blocked mind the connection between your actions in the period before the murder of Rabin, when you didn't resist the things that have been said against him by people in your yard, and you allowed expressing defamatory words at the assembles you led to be elected for the government? Do think that we forgot your part in the murder of our prime minister? Do you really think that we don't remember your corrupted deeds since? You honourless man, we don't think that you could choose in an honest way of decency and honour and act for unifying the people instead of splitting us; this is not you, not your nature, and we are very-very sorry and sad for you saw it fit to act both cowardly and heartless, only to sit on the chair you don't deserve. We really do not deserve such a zero like you to lead us, because you are not a leader, you are being dragged after every caprice you think would help you maintain your chair. We are not going to forget the farce of you establishing this government, while in the process you destroyed every good bit in our lives and crudely squashed every decent humane value. You had a chance to march us forward, but you chose to act only for your personal benefit and withdraw us thousands of years backwards, to darkness and despair. I assure you, that you want be mentioned in the history pages in a good way. You are the most selfish and the worst prime minister we ever had.
במקום למנות את הכי ראויות, את הקרם דלה קרם בינינו, חיזר ביביהו אחר כל הרעים והמושחתים שבחברה הישראלית כדי להכניסם לממשלה הנוכחית שהקים. הגנב, האסיר המורשע שישב על מעשיו בכלא (כן, אתה – אריה מכלוף!) מונה לשר הכלכלה כדי שיוכל לגנוב שוב (לא ככה כתוב – פעם גנב, תמיד גנב?). הפוסטמה הגזענית שבגזעניות, עם פה של ג'ורה הכי ג'ורתית, מונתה לשרת התרבות. איזו תרבות תהיה לנו פה בהנהגתה של מי שחושבת שכל מי שאינו אטום-מוח כמוה, שאינו בצלמה, סרטן הוא ויש לגדעו? אנרכיסטית, שאינה מבינה הגינות ומשפט צדק מהו, מונתה לשרת המשפטים ועכשו היא הולכת לחבל עוד יותר בהצעה האוילית הזו של הקמת בית משפט נפרד לענייני שטחים. אלוהים אדירים, עד היכן מגעת יצירת הטמטום של הממשלה הזו? אלה שמניתי, הם רק קצה הקרחון, אין לי חשק להקדיש מלים לכולם. אני בטוחה שאתן יודעות לקרוא ויכולות למצוא בעצמכן את שאר שמות הנגועים והרקובים על כל מעלליהם, כולל ראשי ועדות, חברי כנסת וכו'. במקום לקבל את מובחרי העם, קיבלנו נבחרים ששולחיהם לא פחות גרועים מהם.
Instead of appointing the most worthy, the crème de la crème among us, the Bibiyahu courted all the bed and corrupted in the Israeli society in order to include them in the current government he established. The thief, the convicted prisoner Arie Machluf, who was put in jail for his deeds, was appointed as the economy minister. I guess it was to give him another opportunity to steal more (doesn't it say: once a thief – always a thief?). Then we got this top racist bimbo, who has sewage instead of a mouth; this one became our culture ministeress. One can but wonder what kind of culture we'll have under someone who thinks that anybody who is not blocked minded like her, that is not in her image, is a cancer within our society and should be destroyed. An anarchist, who doesn't understand what decency and fair trial (justice) means, was appointed as the law ministeress. Now she is going to sabotage more with this most stupid bill of establishing a court for the territories affairs, separate to the current Supreme Court. G-d all mighty, our gracious Lord in heaven, where will this government's dumbness lead us? Those I mentioned are the tip of the iceberg; I don't feel like dedicating more words to all of them. I'm sure that you know how to read and can find the rest of the rotten names by yourself, including heads of committees, members of the Knesset etc. Instead of getting the very best, we got elected whose senders aren’t less bed as they are.
קוראים לזה פשע שנאה. אני קוראת לזה רצח. מתוך העם הנבחר, מתוך עם הסגולה (אם להאמין לדברי הבל דתיים), יצאו מחרבים ומשנאים. אלה, שאמורים לחיות לפי עשרת הדברות שלהם, לפי הערכים המפורשים שלהם, כמו "ואהבת לרעך כמוך" (דעלך סני, לחברך לא תעביד, ואידך – פירושא; זיל גמור!), שונאים, מגדפים, שורפים, מכים ורוצחים את מי שאינם נמנים על בני עדתם.
מצד אחד, יש לנו את ממשלת הימין העלובה הזו, שחבריה אוחזים בכסאותיהם בכל כוחם ומלבים את השנאה לאחר ומן הצד השני – המבצעים, החסידים האידיוטים השוטים המאמינים למה שמאכילים אותם במקום לבדוק איזו מטרה פוליטית מסתתרת מאחורי הדברים המשסעים ואת מי משרתים הללו. במקום לטפל במגזר הזה ולהכריח את חבריו להשתלב בחברה הישראלית, בחרו העומדים בראשנו להכנע לתכתיביהם ולבלוע את כל הצפרדעים שהם מאכילים את כולנו.
It is called hate crime. I call it murder. Haters and destroyers derived from the chosen people (if we believe to the religious nonsense). One can but wonder what were they chosen for? Those who are supposed to leave according to their Ten Commandments, by their explicit values, like "love your neighbour as yourself" (Leviticus 19:18), hate, curse, burn, beat and murder those who are not members of their congregation.
On one hand, we have this right-wing despicable government, whose members are holding to their chairs with all their might and arouse hate towards the other, and on the other hand – the executers, the idiotic foolishly pious people who believe what they are being fed, instead of checking which politic cause is hidden behind the separating words, and whom do they serve. Instead of dealing with this section and forcing its members to integrate within the Israeli society, the government chose to surrender to their dictates and swallow all the frogs they are feeding all of us.

כפי שאני רואה את המצב העגום אליו הביא אותנו אפסיהו לאורך השנים כראש ממשלה, עלינו לעצור הכל ולנסות להפעיל את התאים האפורים במטרה להציל את מה שעוד נותר מרמץ הערכים שראש הממשלה הזה וחבר מרעיו החריבו לנו. אני מקוה בכל לבי שההפגנות הערב בירושלים ובתל אביב יציגו בפני הממשלה הזו את התמונה המציאותית. אולי (תמיד כדאי לא לאבד תקוה) חבריה יגיעו למסקנה שהגיע הזמן לנהוג בהגינות עִם כל העָם ולא רק עם החלק הימני והדתי שבו, גם אם השמאל לא בחר בהם.
As I see this sad situation which Zeroyahu brought us to during his years as a prime minister, we must stop everything and try to operate our grey cells in order to save what left from the ember this prime minister and his cohorts destroyed for us. I do hope with all my heart that the protest assembling this evening in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv will present the real picture of reality to this government. Maybe (one can but hope) its members will come to the conclusion that the time has come to be fair to all the people and not only to the right and religious part of it, even if the left-wing didn't elect them.
יכול היה להיות כאן גן עדן, אבל ממש, לוא היו נבחרים האנשים הראויים שהיו מצעידים אותנו לטוב ולשגשוג. חבל שקיבלנו אפסים לא ראויים כמנהיגינו. מקוה שימיהם בשלטון לא ימלאו ושהממשלה הזו תיפול כמה שיותר מהר!
It could be a real paradise here, if the proper people would be elected, and they could march us to wealth and prosperity. It is a shame we got unworthy zeros as our leaders. I hope their days in power won't be long and this government will collapse as soon as possible!
מלה לפוליטיקאים ולכל אלה שמנסים להרויח לעצמם משהו על חשבון אסוננו: יפה שאתם תומכים בנו, נחמד שאתם מוצאים לנכון לצאת מן הארון דוקא עכשו, אך עם זאת – הגינות היתה מתאימה לכם הרבה יותר. יכולתם לתמוך בקהילה בכל ימות השנה ולא לבוא ולהֵרָאוֹת כשקורה לנו משהו רע. יכולתם ללחוץ על מי שצריך כדי שאלה יעשו מלאכתו נאמנה וימצאו כבר את הרוצחים בבר הנוער (כמו גם את המחבלים של תג מחיר) שכאילו יד נעלמה מחתה אותם מעל פני האדמה ואי אפשר למוצאם. יכולתם לדרוש חינוך שוויוני והולם, להוציא אל מחוץ לחוק מפלגות והתארגנויות גזעניות כמו הביב היהודי, ישראל ביבינו ודומיהם, כולל כאלה הפועלות נגד המדינה. יכולתם לעשות הרבה מאוד כדי למנוע את הטרגדיות הללו. אבל אתם בחרתם בדרך אחרת, חסרת ערכים ונעדרת הוגנות.
A word to the politicians and all who are trying to gain something for themselves on the expense of our tragedy: it's nice that you support us, it's fine that you find it right to come out now, from all times, but still – decency would suit you better. You could support our community throughout the year, and not be shown when something bad happens to us. You could put pressure on those who don't do their job properly so they will find already the murders at the youth bar (as well as the price tag's terrorists), that as if an Invisible hand erased them above the ground and they can't be found. You could demand proper and equal education, to illegitimate racist parties and organizations such as the Habib Hayehudi, Israel Bibenu and others, including those who act against the state of Israel. You could do much-much more to prevent these tragedies. But you chose another way, lack of values and absence of decency.
